Vegetables naturally take center stage in these workshops. Fruits, vegetables, seeds, herbs, and spices offer numerous possibilities to vary pleasures and generously incorporate plant-based ingredients into our plates. However, you need a few ideas and tips to cook them daily!

Throughout the workshops, Mélanie shares various techniques and inspirations:

• Living plant-based cooking without cooking: to preserve the flavors, textures, and all the richness of the ingredients.

• Lactofermentation: discover this ancestral method and learn to make your own fermented preparations.

• Japanese-inspired cooking: since her immersion in Japan, Mélanie shares simple and flavorful dishes that can easily be adapted to our daily lives. A few essential ingredients in your pantry are enough to add a Japanese touch to your recipes.

Each workshop is an opportunity to discover, experiment, taste, and learn some easy techniques to reproduce at home. You leave with recipes, tips, and above all, new ideas for cooking differently every day.
