Community Apple Press: Turn Your Apples into Juice

The Familles Rurales du Causse association is organizing a community apple press, an opportunity to transform your harvest into apple juice to share or preserve. Come with your apples and enjoy a friendly moment around this collective initiative.

The press is open with a limit of 220 kg of apples per family. It takes about 2.2 kg of apples to obtain 1 liter of juice. You can bring your own bottles or buy them on-site for €0.60 each. Pasteurization is offered at €0.85 per liter.

A special rate is available for pickers. A collection day is also scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, by registration.

Pasteurization: €0.85 / liter
New bottle: €0.60 / unit
Personal bottles: pasteurization rate only
Limit: 220 kg of apples / family
About 2.2 kg of apples = 1 liter of juice
