Concert "The Heart of Poets"

Around some of the most beautiful works by Roland de Lassus, Debussy, Vaughan Williams, Hindemith, Poulenc, Rautavaara, and Saint-Saëns, this program highlights the words of Ronsard, Shakespeare, Apollinaire, Éluard, García Lorca, and many others.
Performed by eight solo singers from the Chœur de chambre Les Éléments, under the direction of Joël Suhubiette, this concert captures the spirit of madrigals, where each musical inflection delicately aligns with the rhythm, imagery, and emotions of the poem.
In French, English, and Spanish, the voices reveal the subtlety of a dialogue where music and poetry respond to each other, in a chamber formation of great transparency, conducive to listening to the texts as well as the richness of vocal colors.
