Learn how to preserve garden vegetables and successfully create your own jars through pasteurization. After exploring Marie Papilles' garden, it's time to head to the kitchen to make your onion confit, followed by a tasting with cheeses and country bread.
You will leave with your jar, the recipe, and all the basics to start again at home.
