European Heritage Days - Discovering Trades of the Past!

The Tres Cantous Museum invites you to travel back in time through the gestures and trades of yesteryear.

Throughout the weekend, artisans and enthusiasts will bring to life in the museum's courtyard skills that were once essential to daily life. Washerwoman, blacksmith, spinner, and sculptor will share their techniques and demonstrate live how these practices were carried out in the past.

These demonstrations will be an opportunity to discover gestures that have become rare today, as well as to better understand the daily lives of previous generations. Visitors will have the chance to engage with the presenters and, depending on the activities offered, even try their hand at some of these gestures themselves.

The guided tour of the museum's collections will also extend this exploration of heritage and rural life of the past, with a special rate during the event.
