NEW YEAR'S CONCERT MADE IN USA

To celebrate the new year, the Orchestre national Montpellier Occitanie crosses the Atlantic and honors the genius of American music – lyrical, popular, and scholarly all at once.

The program features vibrant and unforgettable pieces by the greatest names in the American repertoire, blending energy, humor, and emotion. Soprano Nombulelo Yende, who dazzled the Montpellier audience last season, will return alongside baritone Eric Greene. They will lend their voices to the most beautiful arias, accompanied by the Chorus of the Opéra national, under the enthusiastic baton of Roderick Cox, a made-in-USA musical director who conducts this program as if inviting his friends to his home.
A festive concert of colors and rhythms, to bid farewell to 2026 and celebrate 2027 in music.
