Traces of Adventures

Traces of Adventures is a meeting between two practices and two perspectives. Those of photographer and archaeologist Ola Abdel Hamid, who brought back her images from her missions in Oman, Turkey, and Palestine, and those of author Alexia Beaume, who places a text between poetry and documentary on each photograph. Seven images, seven stories, to discover often unknown places, far from clichés and hearsay. An invitation to travel, halfway between emotion, archaeology, and history.
