Through a mixed format combining a guided tour and an introduction to oenology, this module highlights the multiple meanings of the color red and addresses one of the central elements of the economic history of Roussillon.

The tasting, designed as an extension of the guided tour, offers a playful, educational, and friendly approach to oenology and the fine arts.
