Young Bull Camargue Course

It is a true sport for the "raseteurs". Recognized as high-level athletes, they must maintain impeccable hygiene. These men dressed in white must lift the attributes that the bull wears on its head. A red rosette placed at the center of the forehead, two tassels, white wool pom-poms, attached to the base of each horn, and finally two strings, placed near the tassels. All of this must be removed using a metal hook, by the raseteur assisted by the turner.
