The Story Walks
About
Hikers are accompanied by a storyteller who offers breaks throughout the walk. This takes place along the Durance River to highlight the surrounding nature, particularly the rivers, springs, and fountains found along the way.
The afternoon is also dedicated to sung tales and storytelling pauses.
The stories focus on themes of nature and water in particular to create a connection with the spaces explored.
This day of storytelling walks in the Val de Durance starts from 3 municipalities: La Roque d'Anthéron, Saint-Estève-Janson, and Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade.
The 3 groups of hikers meet at 12 PM for a picnic brought from home.
These Story Walks are accessible to all audiences.
