SUN AUGUST 30
EXHIBITION THE MAGNETS OF MARION FAYOLLE
About
From May 22 to September 6, 2026
Organized as part of the 41st Comédie du Livre – 10 days in May, for which Marion Fayolle designed the poster, this exhibition offers a constellation of drawings and texts from several of her books centered around her favorite theme: love.
Analogies and metaphors give form to the invisible, to emotions, to sexuality, and to the ambivalences of feelings.
She invites the public into a world that is sometimes tender, sometimes cruel, where one slips under dresses, into beds, and plays with drawn shadows as if they were part of her images.
Marion Fayolle was born in 1988. A graduate of HEAR in 2011, she is a designer, comic book author, and novelist. Her book Les amours suspendues (Magnani editions) won the jury prize at the Angoulême Comic Festival in 2018. In 2024, she exhibits her drawings at the Centre Pompidou and receives numerous awards for her novel Du même bois (Gallimard editions).
In January 2026, she will release two books simultaneously: Petit fruit, a novel (Gallimard) and Les aimants, a collection of drawings (Le Tripode).
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM
