Visit to the Nive Dairy by Reservation

This cheese factory is located in Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, just a stone's throw from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. It is a family-run and artisanal cheese factory, 100% sheep's milk. The production and aging take place on-site. There is also a shop for direct sales. You will also be able to visit the production workshop and the cellars. On the agenda: welcome, presentation of the cheese factory, descent into the visit gallery (via stairs, no access for people with reduced mobility): view of the production room and the cellars, explanations followed by a moment of exchange around the tasting of the products. By reservation, visits start from 6 people. Visits at 10 AM and 11 AM.
