Saint-Louis Votive Festival 2026 - Grand Aïoli of Mouriès

Aïoli is the iconic dish of Provence and an institution in the Alpilles region!
A simple yet flavorful dish, made with various seasonal fish and vegetables, accompanied by a well-garlicky mayonnaise.
Aïoli, as its name suggests in Provençal, consists of 2 main ingredients, olive oil and garlic, and can be enjoyed as a main course or as an appetizer on good, well-toasted croutons, paired with a nice rosé, red, or white wine from the Alpilles.

In 1954, the people of Mouriès innovated by creating a rustic meal enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere on Cours Paul Révoil: the popular Aïoli.
This delicious and festive moment would become the highlight of the votive festival.

Join us on Monday, August 24, on Cours Paul Révoil to delight your taste buds at the restaurants offering an Aïoli special:
Café du Commerce, Café de l'Avenir, Grand Café du Cours (reservation highly recommended).
Musical entertainment by the Franck Oriat Orchestra.
Other restaurants will also be open with their traditional menus.
