The Crime of the IMPRO Express

A murder has just been committed. Several characters clearly have something to hide, and a detective must identify the culprit. So far, it looks like a classic murder mystery… except here, the universe of the investigation is built through improvisation with the participation of the audience.
The Crime of the IMPRO Express thus plays with the codes of the police investigation and improvisational theater. The spectators participate in creating the universe in which suspects and the detective operate, with the uncertainty inherent to improv: no one knows exactly where the story will lead the characters. The organizer promises a mix of mystery and humor.
The performance is part of the programming of Impro en français à Barcelone, which regularly organizes French-speaking shows at Tinta Roja: cabarets, matches, catch, jams, and guest formats. The venue is presented as the "HQ" of French-speaking improvisation in Barcelona.
