Employment Retention Workshop

The Employment Retention Workshop aims to raise awareness about disability in the workplace, through the lens of… employment retention (surprising, isn’t it!).
Through characters inspired by real cases, we discover various solutions to continue working despite illness or disability: workplace adjustments (material or organizational), internal mobility, retraining.
The characters cover a wide range of situations (visible and invisible disabilities, debilitating illnesses), as well as diverse sectors, professions, and ages. It also addresses the role of resource persons surrounding the individual concerned (occupational doctor, manager, HR…), the different forms of recognition, the barriers to overcome, etc.
The workshop approaches the subject positively by showing that there are many solutions to continue working.
It encourages open discussions and fosters trust within teams.
