[CULTURE AT THE TABLE] EXHIBITION BY LÉA DUCOS

✨ From geometric abstraction to narrative figuration, there is only a step. From naive collage to inspiration from medieval tapestries and illuminations, the artist presents a new series, a reinterpretation of the classics of art history: portrait, landscape, marine, and bestiary.
By blending vernacular vocabulary and Christian tradition, she questions the classic and the naive, oscillating between the subversion of the object (abrasive papers) and the subject. Léa Ducos thus opens her practice to new poetic horizons.
