SERENITY AT THE HEART OF PERFORMANCE

On September 24, 2026, TDS Racing Impact is hosting its 3rd Round Table: "Serenity in Performance." After two editions focused on resilience and emotional management, this new event continues the exploration of the levers of human performance. Alongside Arnaud Jerald, world champion in freediving, and Grégory Mallet, mental coach, Pauline Bouic will facilitate the discussions and guide the audience through the evening.

This evening will blend powerful testimonies and inspiring exchanges to explore the role of serenity in performance journeys. Pressure management, concentration, confidence, mental balance, and self-control will be discussed as true keys to success, both in sports and everyday life.

Exceptional speakers will share their journeys and their vision of serenity in the service of performance:

Arnaud Jerald, two-time world champion in freediving and holder of 10 world records, will share his unique experience of mental mastery, pressure management, and the pursuit of absolute calm in the most demanding environments.

Grégory Mallet, double Olympic vice-champion in swimming turned mental coach, will provide his expertise on the mechanisms that allow for the development of serenity, clarity, and confidence to perform at key moments.

The evening will be presented by Pauline Bouic, a speaker who will facilitate the discussions and highlight these inspiring journeys around sustainable performance.

To extend the discussions in a friendly and warm atmosphere, a dinner cocktail will be offered to all participants at the Domaine de la Tour in Montpellier.
