►6:30 PM - Chat - Between initiation to visual arts, art history, portraits, personal journeys, debates, and unexpected encounters, artists and numerous guests offer unique moments of artistic sharing.

►7:30 PM - Food - Don’t leave with an empty stomach! The conversation can continue, for those who wish, over a platter or soup depending on the season.

When is it? From October 2026 to June 2027, on the first Friday of each month, at 6:30 PM. (Doors open at 6:00 PM). At ES Factory, 5 rue du général Vincent, Montpellier. Tram L3 "Plan Cabane"

How much is it?
Chat: €5 (€3 for job seekers, students, and under 18s). Chat + Food: €15 (€8 for job seekers, students, and under 18s)

October 2, 6:30 PM: Representing the female sex? Showing it, suggesting it, hiding it? Beyond its simple anatomical representation, we will discuss what it symbolizes: fertility, femininity, fantasy, eroticism... From vulvas engraved in prehistoric stone to Courbet's famous painting, once owned by psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan, through libertine nudes and pure, hard eroticism, we will travel into the secrets of workshops and museums and see how artists have represented the forbidden or fantasized this "obscure object of desire" throughout the ages and societies.

With contributions from E. Aujaleu, Vice-President of the Friends of the Musée Fabre - V. Fauveau, founder of the Art and Fertility Museum in Montpellier - E. Laplane, visual artist and medical gynecologist.

November 6, 2026: Are we born artists or do we become one? Is the creative act an extension of a vital process or a cultural fact?
December 4, 2026: Voices of artists from elsewhere: Exiles, unaware of the codes of their host country, art has allowed them to weave the necessary links for their new life.
